All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, and printing processes.

Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
You have reviewed product details, sizing charts, and personalization information before purchasing.

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Payment must be received before an order enters production.

5. Custom & Personalized Items

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, dates, logos, photos, and spelling.

Piper's Design is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

By submitting custom content, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use any uploaded text, images, logos, or artwork.

6. Shipping

Production times vary by product and season.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Piper's Design is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Carriers
Weather
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer's remorse
Color preference changes
Custom or personalized products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Approved claims may be resolved through:

Replacement of the item
Refund to the original payment method
