Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Color preference changes
  • Custom or personalized items

Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process a replacement, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly:

  • Send a replacement at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not available

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Contact your local carrier.
  3. Reach out to us if you still need assistance.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 4 hours of purchase. After production begins, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
