Thank you for shopping with Piper's Design! Every item is made to order specifically for you, which means production begins after your order is placed.

Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days
  • During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer
  • Personalized and custom items may require additional production time

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped

Delayed Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Piper's Design is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Piper's Design is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, supplier, or fulfillment location.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
